Hi, I'm Julie!

I'm a woman of faith, a stage 4 cancer survivor, and a proud grandmother who believes aging is a privilege. My wellness journey continues to inspire me to learn, grow, and share what I'm discovering along the way.

My Story

From Struggle to Strength

Hearing the words "stage 4 cancer" changed everything for me. It was one of the hardest seasons of my life, and I leaned on my faith in a way I never had before. God carried me through days when I didn't have the strength to carry myself.

I also leaned on my family. My husband, Fred, has been my rock. Our daughter, Mandy, and our son, Eddie, along with our six beautiful grandchildren, are my greatest joy and my biggest reason to keep showing up for my health every single day.

That journey opened my eyes to natural wellness. I started asking questions, reading everything I could, and discovering simple ways to support my body. What began as a personal search slowly became a passion for helping others feel their best, too.

Aging Strong

My Journey Is Still Unfolding

These days, I'm especially excited about cellular health. Learning about redox signaling, the way our cells communicate with one another, has given me a whole new appreciation for how wonderfully we are made.

I'm still learning, and I'm noticing changes in my own wellness journey as I go. I love sharing what I'm discovering in a simple, down-to-earth way, because I believe we can all age with strength, energy, and joy.

Natural Wellness Is an important Part of My Life

Essential oils and non-toxic products have been part of my daily routine for years, and as a certified Raindrop Practitioner, I still love sharing the calm and comfort of a Raindrop session. Frequency therapy and other natural wellness tools remain close to my heart, too.

I'd Love to Connect With You!

Nothing makes me happier than visiting with people, answering questions, and sharing what I'm learning. Whether you're curious about cellular health, want to join an upcoming educational event, or just want to say hello, I'd be honored to hear from you.
